A PRACTICAL FIRST COLLABORATION
A pilot, not a big promise.
We would define a small, useful experience together and review what it actually achieved.
Choose one group.
Start with a student cohort or exchange community. Name a contact on each side and agree on timing, responsibilities, and any costs.
Make a clear introduction.
Plan a community Flari and a short introduction through the institution's own channels. An optional welcome activity can support the launch.
Review the experience.
Ask for voluntary feedback about finding relevant people or conversations. Review participation and staff effort before deciding what comes next.
PARTICIPATION STAYS PERSONAL
A partnership is an introduction, not access to private life.
The institution can introduce Flarika to a community. Each person chooses whether to join and how to connect. A partner does not receive access to private conversations.
A pilot can include
- A Flari organised around the participating community
- Clear introductory material for partner channels
- An optional welcome session for participants
- A carefully planned activity in a public place
- Feedback about the experience, not private chats
