Flarika ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Flarika mobile application, a social platform designed to facilitate cross-border connections, communication, and friendships. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, disclosure, and retention of personal data by Flarika in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Age Requirement Notification: Flarika is strictly intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from creating accounts or utilizing the platform.
We categorize the information collected through your operation of the platform into three primary domains:
All monetization features and commercial transactions, when deployed, are executed exclusively through native application storefront architectures (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Flarika does not capture, store, or process primary payment instrument numbers or financial account routing data. We retain only secondary purchase confirmation records and localized transaction tracking tokens.
We process personal data only under valid legal frameworks. The operational matrix below defines our processing activities:
| Processing Operation | Legal Framework (GDPR Article 6(1)) |
|---|---|
| Account provisioning, profile visualization, network transmission of private communications, and core infrastructure management. | Performance of a Contract (Subparagraph b) |
| Algorithmic profile discovery, user recommendation logic, and automated transmission of push notifications. | Performance of a Contract (Subparagraph b) / Consent (Subparagraph a) |
| Platform Integrity and Safety Moderation: Evaluation of incident reports, administrative inspection of communications to mitigate systemic abuse, systematic identification of malicious actors, and automated algorithmic inspection of graphic assets. | Legitimate Interests (Subparagraph f) / Legal Obligation (Subparagraph c) |
| Spam suppression, rate-limiting protocol enforcement, and network architecture security optimization. | Legitimate Interests (Subparagraph f) |
| Product analytics used to understand feature usage and improve Flarika, including aggregate analysis by profile groups such as age, gender, and city. | Legitimate Interests (Subparagraph f). You may object at any time by turning off Help improve Flarika in Settings. |
| Verification of in-app purchases and related transaction records (when purchases are active). | Performance of a Contract (Subparagraph b) |
| Compliance with judicial decrees, regulatory mandates, and statutory legal requests. | Legal Obligation (Subparagraph c) |
You may withdraw consent-based permissions at any time through the relevant device or application settings. You may also object to product analytics at any time through Settings > Privacy & data > Help improve Flarika. Turning it off stops new product-analytics events from that device; you may email us to request erasure of analytics already associated with your account.
To enforce platform safety guidelines and respond to abuse reports, authorized administrators may review user-generated content, including relevant private messages. Access is limited to safety investigations, Terms enforcement, legal requests, and essential technical support. Private messages are not reviewed for advertising or unrelated product optimization.
Flarika does not sell, lease, or monetize user personal data. Third-party data dissemination is explicitly confined to the following structural entities:
Certain downstream sub-processors maintain processing infrastructure outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Cross-border data transfers are structured strictly under approved international transfer mechanisms, including European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Personal data is retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described above. When you delete your account in the app, sign-in access is removed and your profile is anonymized as a "Removed user." Messages and content shared with other people may remain so those people do not lose their own conversation or interaction history, but the deleted profile is no longer presented as an active account. Product analytics is retained only while needed to measure and improve the service. You may request broader erasure, including person-level analytics and stored media, by emailing support@flarika.app. Some records may still be retained where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, disputes, or the rights of other users.
Under European Union data protection law, users retain absolute statutory rights regarding their information profile. This encompasses the right to **Access**, **Rectify**, **Erase (Right to be Forgotten)**, **Restrict Processing**, **Object to Processing**, execute **Data Portability**, and **Withdraw Consent**.
Users may exercise these entitlements natively within the application framework (via the "Download My Data" and "Delete My Account" functions located inside account parameters) or by submitting a formal legal request to support@flarika.app. We execute compliant validation and responses within the statutory 30-day temporal window. European citizens maintain the right to file formal administrative complaints regarding data handling with the appropriate supervisory authority, specifically the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych — UODO).
Flarika deploys enterprise-grade technical safeguards to defend user profiles against unauthorized access, structural alteration, or catastrophic data loss. Internal protections include mandatory Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) encryption protocols for all data in transit, Supabase row-level security (RLS) enforcement on all active database layers, algorithmic cryptographic hashing for account credentials, administrative access token isolation, and real-time operational logging of internal security infrastructures. Because no electronic storage medium provides absolute infallibility, we maintain active incident response protocols to notify users and data protection regulators within statutory timelines in the event of a verified data breach.
Flarika operates as an adult-centric ecosystem. We do not intentionally aggregate, index, or parse data relating to minors under eighteen (18) years of age. If our security networks identify any profile belonging to an individual below the statutory age threshold, the account infrastructure will undergo immediate, permanent termination without administrative recourse.
The platform utilizes localized device storage architectures and persistent tokens to manage secure session persistence, preserve localized user system preferences, and enable resilient offline execution parameters. Flarika does not use third-party advertising identifiers or cross-application tracking technologies.
Flarika reserves the absolute right to alter or update this Privacy Policy to reflect changing technical capabilities or regulatory environments. Material revisions will be accompanied by an adjustment to the document's effective timeline and broadcasted via explicit, high-visibility internal application alerts.
Profile prioritization and sequence ordering within the Flarika Discovery interface are governed by automated algorithmic optimization engines in compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA). The primary components influencing structural profile visibility consist of: user-defined filter parameters, chronological activity indicators (recency of access), platform onboarding signals (temporary indexing boosts for newly validated profiles), authorized utilization of profile visibility accelerations (boost purchases), and baseline contextual relevance scores derived from geolocation proximity and declared user interest overlaps. Automated scanners and human moderation tools operate continuously to minimize fraudulent network traffic, suppressing malicious actors while optimizing standard user visibility sequences. Flarika maintains strict policies prohibiting the implementation of simulated user activity or fabricated network interactions.
