Meet the founders.
Flarika has two co-founders. Tural leads engineering and brings a curiosity about how people connect. Fred leads marketing and brings experience in international projects, digital media, and community growth. We are building a place where something shared can make the first conversation easier.
CO-FOUNDER & MARKETING MANAGER
Farid Atakishiyev (Fred)
Fred studies marketing at EKA University and co-founded XJW Cane Media Group, a digital media network whose work has earned eight YouTube Silver Play Buttons. At Flarika, he leads marketing strategy, social channels, brand positioning, and community growth.
His experience with Erasmus and international projects showed him how hard it can be to make a real friend across borders. To Fred, getting to know a country starts with getting to know its people. He wants Flarika to make those first conversations easier and give friendships room to continue beyond a screen.
CO-FOUNDER & ENGINEER
Tural Jabbarli
Tural studies computer science at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Poland and leads Flarika's engineering work. He often strikes up conversations with people he meets and spends time learning about psychology and human behaviour outside his studies.
That mix of technology and curiosity about people shapes how he thinks about Flarika. A shared place, language, or interest can make it easier to say hello; what happens after that belongs to the people having the conversation.
