Welcome to Flarika. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Flarika ("we," "us," or "our") governing your deployment, access, and programmatic interaction with the Flarika mobile application and associated digital services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, registering credentials, or navigating the Platform, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these provisions in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Platform.
The Platform is designed exclusively as an adult-centric communication architecture. To establish an account or interact with the network, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding digital contracts under your local jurisdiction. By executing the account initialization process, you warrant and represent that you fulfill this chronological age requirement. Discovery of accounts operating in breach of this provision will result in immediate, non-reciprocal termination.
You maintain exclusive systemic responsibility for preserving the confidentiality of your authentication tokens, including account access passwords and federated Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials. You agree to provide accurate, non-deceptive, and comprehensive documentation during profile generation. Individuals are restricted to the maintenance of a single, unique user profile configuration across the ecosystem. Flarika reserves the absolute right to reject account creation, suspend platform tokens, or permanently terminate profiles determined to be operating via fraudulent, redundant, or misleading identity variables.
To preserve network safety and user protection, you are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors while operating on the Platform:
Flarika retains comprehensive administrative discretion to evaluate context, remove violating content metrics, and restrict or permanently revoke user node access for violations of these guidelines.
You retain original ownership and intellectual property rights over the text, imagery, and programmatic data you transmit or publish on the Platform. However, by introducing content into public or semi-public channels, you grant Flarika a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to host, archive, process, display, replicate, and distribute said data variables strictly as required to optimize and sustain application operations. You represent that you possess all mandatory clearances to authorize this transmission license.
As detailed in our Privacy Policy, authorized system administrators maintain the functional capacity to audit, evaluate, and restrict User-Generated Content (including direct messaging components) to mitigate abuse escalations or satisfy statutory requirements. Local community administrators may also execute moderation updates within localized clusters ("Flaris"). Flarika is under no obligation to continuously monitor all network transmissions and disclaims all liability stemming from peer-to-peer user content distributions.
Flarika operates as an interaction framework for cross-border connectivity. We do not execute automated background checks, verified identity validations, or character reviews of the platform's participant base. All real-world or digital interactions with individuals discovered through the Platform are conducted at your sole, unmitigated risk. You are urged to employ high levels of personal discretion, withhold sensitive geographic or financial indicators, and conduct real-world meetings exclusively in secure, public venues. Flarika assumes zero liability for user behavior, online or offline.
The Platform does not display third-party advertising. If advertising is ever introduced in a future update, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated first, and any such feature will be clearly disclosed within the application before it becomes active.
Users can initiate account termination sequences at any time through internal application configuration parameters. Flarika reserves the structural right to suspend, freeze, or permanently close your account environment without prior notification if a breach of these Terms is verified, or to preserve systemic security infrastructure. Provisions concerning liability limitations, indemnity architectures, and licensing parameters survive account closure.
The Platform is rendered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, devoid of explicit or implied warranties of any variety, including suitability for particular outcomes or constant network uptime. To the maximum threshold permitted under prevailing statutes, Flarika, its operators, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform interactions or user conduct. Nothing within these provisions seeks to limit statutory customer entitlements that cannot be waived by contract within the European Union.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flarika and its operator against any legal claims, liabilities, financial damages, losses, or systemic legal costs arising from your misuse of the application architecture, your violation of these operational Terms, or your infringement of adjacent user rights.
These Terms, including any adjacent transactional friction or system claims, are governed strictly by the internal laws of Poland. This choice of law operates without prejudice to mandatory, non-waivable local consumer protections guaranteed to you in your native nation of residence.
We maintain the absolute right to alter or update this document at our discretion. Modified structural versions will be indicated by an adjustment to the effective date timeline. Continued activation and use of the application following a broadcasted material change denotes your explicit ratification of the revised Terms.
